TODO: Write a simple web-forum program that people can use for
bug reporting purposes. Planning on doing a thorough job on the web
forum, to the point that it could serve other purposes besides just
this repository as well.

Hinoserm added. Get back to me at Nakoruru08@hotmail.com if you

NEW: Added an optional Platforms field, where one can enter what
MU* servers a particular program is capable of running on. No
particular format is enforced in that field, as for right now it is
only for user reference and can be found on the program detailed info
page. This field is searched by the search engine though, and it MAY
come to mean something down the line. For right now, I suggest
listing programs according to how they're displayed in @version, like
Proto #.##b#, or Muck2.2fb6.00rc#, etc.

NEW: Made it so that programmers can update various information
fields about programs already in their directories. This is done by
going to the program update form, and updating the fields desired,
but NOT including any code in the Code Field. When the repository
recieves an update with no code, it updates any fields that had data
submitted (prereqs, install steps, program description, and platforms
supported) without adding a new version of that program to the
Repository. Note that Version Change info CANNOT be edited, nor can
priorly submitted versions be edited in any way with this change.
Only the 'information' fields can be updated this way.

Ouch. Frogpond lost about 6 months worth of data. :/
Unfortunately, that throws this MUF repository back to what it had in
June. On the plus side, there weren't a TON of changes since then.
Still, the loss is unfortunate. Better backups will be kept for now on.

Made some fixes... certain links weren't working on the links
page due to encoding errors, and programs with @ in the names weren't
linkable. No idea how it's been working for years as-is. Did
something change with IE7 and Firefox?
